Jamie Colby
Colby is employed by Fox News since July 2003 as National News Correspondent and Anchor. Colby was a reporter and anchor at CBS News in addition to being the fill-in anchor for CBS Up to the Minute. She was also formerly an CNN correspondent. She was also an anchor for WPIX/WB-11 New York, a reporter at WNYW FOX 5 New York, and a correspondent/co-anchor on FOX News' WebMD TV. Colby is a lawyer in law from the University California and is licensed to practice in New York, California Florida and the District of Columbia. She has won awards such like the Edward R. Murrow National Award in 2002, for her reporting on the September 11 attacks; the Gracie Award for investigative reporting in 2000; and the Clarion Award from the Association for Women in Communications. Television Week also named her one of the "Rising News Star to Keep an Eye On". Alongside her work in journalism, Colby, an attorney has been in private practice for 10 years. The law firm was founded by Colby when an Hollywood production firm assigned her to The Tonight Show. Colby worked alongside Johnny Carson at the age of 22 in both his contract renewal as well as divorce from NBC. Colby, the Fox Business reporter and host, has been reporting on Strange Inheritance since the beginning of January. The show covers unusual or quirky legacy items that people or families pass on to their children.
